+Senior Sales Associate (5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through effective face-to-face meetings, engagement, and periodic follow-ups
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Reality’s service offerings
  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel, tracking progress and optimizing pipeline health
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and commercial negotiations with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to strategize and execute multi-channel outreach
  • Travel locally to meet clients and facilitate high-value negotiations and closing conversations
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build visibility and generate new leads
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports using company-defined CRM and analytics tools
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • MBA qualification with a focus on marketing, strategy, or sales.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, client servicing, or B2B sales
  • Proven skills in client handling, stakeholder mapping, and consultative selling
  • Experience in sectors such as publishing, premedia, software services, or related domains is a plus
  • Strong ability to close complex deals and manage multiple touchpoints within enterprise-level accounts
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and deal finalization
  • Ability to manage a dynamic sales funnel with precision and discipline
  • Technologically aware and commercially sharp—quick to adapt to evolving trends and tools
  • Strong reporting skills with clarity in communicating progress and forecasting performance

+Sales Associate (2–4 Years Experience)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new leads via cold calls, social outreach, and industry networking
  • Understand customer requirements and match them with tailored business solutions
  • Initiate contact, conduct meetings, and deliver engaging presentations to convert prospects into clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Maintain a structured sales funnel and continuously optimize pipeline health and conversion
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to represent Reality and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead-generation efforts and drive engagement
  • Travel locally as needed for meetings and closing deals
  • Provide regular reports using CRM systems to track progress and forecast performance
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and company-wide discussions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
  • MBA qualification with a focus on marketing, strategy, and sales.
  • Ability to build trust, understand client challenges, and position solutions confidently
  • Prior experience in domains such as premedia 3D Animation services,3D Mode, software, or publishing is a plus
  • Capable of managing complex deals and multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven with a keen sense of market trends
  • Comfortable with CRM System, performance tracking, and structured reporting
  • Willingness to travel locally and engage in face-to-face meetings when required

+3D Designer (2–4 Years Experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns, AR/VR experiences, product showcases, and branded content
  • Edit and optimize video assets for seamless integration across platforms—web, social, mobile, and interactive formats
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technology development teams to align visuals with strategy and brand identity
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to elevate creative concepts and propose innovative design solutions
  • Stay current with designing tools, animation trends, and visual storytelling formats
  • Handle revision cycles efficiently, delivering polished outputs on time
  • Maintain organized workflows across multiple projects using designated tools and internal communication systems
  • Actively contribute to remote or in-person team discussions, sharing ideas and creative perspectives

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in 3D Design, Animation, or Motion Graphics
  • Proficient in 3Ds Max, Blender, Maya, After Effects, Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, camera angles, lighting, and rendering
  • Experience in video editing, compositing, and color grading
  • Exposure to immersive media or AR/VR projects is a strong advantage
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through motion and visuals
  • Highly creative, organized, and collaborative—able to communicate design choices effectively
  • Passionate about new technologies and visual innovation within B2B and digital environments
