+Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

REALITY Premedia Services, a Pune based private limited company is expanding its niche business in different parts of India. Visit to know more about Reality and its offerings in various modern as well as traditional domains such as immersive media, digital, mobile and print. As part of business expansion plans Reality is setting up satellite Business Development team in Delhi and Chennai.

At Reality we are looking for Sales Executives to help us build up our business activities in competitive, professional and trustworthy manner in these cities.


  • Actively look for new sales opportunities through cold calling, contacts, networking and social media
  • Identify selling possibilities and understand customer requirements to offer them business solution to meet their needs.
  • Setup meetings with prospects, prepare presentations and deliver to explain various possibilities to convert it into new business
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences or trade shows as company presentative to generate new leads as well as understand market trends
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with an objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting through established sales processes and company specified CRM
  • Participate in all company meetings, remotely or in-person as the need may be, and contribute actively


  •  2-4 years of experience in sales
  • Graduate with excellent communication skills. MBA will be preferred
  •  Prior experience in any domain related to company’s business such as publishing, premedia services, software development, etc. is a plus
  • Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos
  • Should be a passionate and motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
  • Should be willing to travel locally for deal closures
  • Should keep himself/herself abreast of latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
  • Highly organized, disciplined and task focused with fine-tuned analytical, troubleshooting and administrative skills
